Every time you dial your staff at TAG, you are greeted with a cheery hello from a live individual. In addition to supporting you on the phone, our administration department guides you through the contracting process, manages Karlan's personal annuity practice and provides you with TAG's polished marketing materials.

Betty administers Tucker Advisory Group's human resources program, including employee benefits administration, leaves of absence and payroll. She performs research and analysis and provides consulting services related to human resources programs and activities for the company.

Mary Ellen is Karlan's personal assistant. She is the person responsible for managing Karlan's hectic schedule and ensuring Karlan shows up prepared for his appointments, seminars, webinars, video tapings, radio shows, Selling Academies and Iron Sharpening Iron events, not to mention his kids' sporting events!

Debbie is the Executive Assistant to the Sales Manager, Colin Richards. She assists with Client and Advisor Relations by scheduling and coordinating appointments while maintaining correspondence and reports to ensure a professional relationship with our clients. She is passionate about providing excellent customer service in the best interest of supporting our clients and the Sales Team as needed.

Seth handles many of the accounting details behind the scenes of TAG. As a recent accounting graduate, he has brought a desire to learn TAG's industry and to assist in preparing accurate reports for top management. He keeps up with the numerous initiatives TAG implements and endeavors to assist the staff with the day-to-day accounting operations.
