Jason was the first employee Karlan brought on to help with his practice. He has been in the Annuity & Life arena for over 10 years. Jason has dedicated his talents to building Tucker Advisory Group with Karlan from the ground up. He started out as the Chief Operations Officer and now is the Director of Broker Relations where he leads a team of talented Business Developers, Recruiters and Contracting Specialist. Along with his drive for perfection, Jason has a contagious energy that helps motivate his team and Tucker Advisory Group to success.

Dan has epitomized the career of an agent who plugs into the TAG system and excels by following a proven marketing and closing system. Dan works with Karlan's clients as an intermediary and writes a great deal of business as a producer himself. He has become an expert on all the products our carriers offer and is available to support our agents in the transfer of money and with case-specific questions.

Brian joined Tucker Advisory Group after a career in the world of Securities and Mutual Funds. He brings his specialty to the insurance world of knowing the competition and is a believer in the indexed annuity as an alternative for your client's retirement savings. As a business developer, Brian's day is consumed with supporting advisors on all matters related to building their practices.

Allison gained experience in the insurance marketing field with another organization before moving to Denver. She has a great understanding of a wide range of products and is a great resource as she supports our advisors in marketing and sales support.

Jonathan has been with TAG since 2007 beginning work in the marketing team. As a marketer he was influential in preparing and executing marketing programs for TAG's in-house sales team as well as for many TAG advisors across the country. Having now transitioned into Business Development, Jonathan brings a wealth of understanding of marketing, product and sales to the advisors he supports.

Lloyd brings a wealth of knowledge from his extensive background in collections, sales, insurance and the banking industries to the TAG advisors he supports. As a licensed insurance agent himself since 2001, he fully understands what is needed to help advisors expand their practice in terms of marketing, sales tools and product knowledge.
