Howard assists Karlan in the day–to–day operations of Tucker Advisory Group. He has been a successful small business owner in the past and is a graduate of Harvard University. Howard has an objective view of the industry and is constantly striving to develop new business strategies that will keep TAG on the cutting edge of Marketing and Sales Support.

Jason Lechuga

Jason was the first employee Karlan brought on to help with his practice. He has been in the Annuity & Life arena for over 10 years. Jason has dedicated his talents to building Tucker Advisory Group with Karlan from the ground up. He started out as the Chief Operations Officer and now is the Director of Broker Relations where he leads a team of talented Business Developers and contracting specialist. Along with his drive for perfection, Jason has a contagious energy that helps motivate his team and Tucker Advisory Group to success.
